What to wear Wednesdays: Rent the Runway

Personally this week I’ve been on CLOUD 9! It’s been such a productive hustle over here.  Before I got started in my own business I would watch the hours click by on the clock just waiting for my last art class of the day to go home so that I could go home.  And I definitely lived for the holidays.  But now? I work every single day.  I totally wouldn’t change it though because I LOVE IT! It definitely has it’s perks….but not going lie, it also has it’s disadvantages.  Being an entrepreneur is often lonesome and really really fearful!

But like I said this week has been awesome!!!! My highlights have been getting my new style guide hot off the press, launching my first and awesome Family Rep Program, AND (this one is SO BIG!!) two VERY well known photographers recognizing my photography work – I literally squealed and did a happy dance – actually I’m still doing that.

I also was REALLY excited because a few weeks ago I wrote about how red was the new color for Fall 2017. Then this popped over into my inbox….

Have you heard of rent the runway? If you’ve read my style guide (which all my client get upon booking!) then you know that I LOVE IT! It’s a great way to not spend a ton of money on gorgeous runway looking dresses to look like a BILLION dollars for your photo session. And look at that red dress?! You can find just the right red dress for you right here!

I’d love to see this dress paired with a crimson tie for your guy, floral with crimson hues dress for your little girl, and deep red suspenders and bow tie from London Jae Apparel

That’s it for now! If you’d like to read other “what to wear” ideas go to the top and just search “what to wear”. See you next week!

Time to schedule your senior sessions!

Senior year is a sprint! And it’s here! I’ve already heard that seniors are ordering caps and gowns and it’s such a great time of the culmination of hard work and great memories. I had such a great time photographing these group of friends! Thank you Carol, Karan, Keegan, Kelly, Abi, and Nathan!! You rocked it!

You’ll want to remember these times! AND like I always say (are you getting tired of it?!) seeing your senior’s photos (especially after they’ve left the house!) helps you love and appreciate them even more….and we all need a little more of that in our lives.  Looking at your senior photos from our experience will not only help you remember that time but will help you remember how you felt during that year.

How to book your senior session? Head over here – senior sessions are the 2 hour sessions.
For the last 20-30 minutes, seniors get to invite their friend or family for a itty-bitty session.

Having photos printed in your house for all to see! It’s just not about you.  It’s about the time we’ve both invested in this photo experience.  It’s also about your future children and their children seeing these photos of how you both love each other so much! It’s much more than seeing photos – it’s about experiencing the love between the two of you that will pass down from generation to generation!

James and Erin 10th Anniversary Session

I’m so excited to share this 10th anniversary session! James and Erin never had wedding photos so these were 4 kids late long overdue! Their session was gifted by their friends (also my brother and his awesome wife – hi guys!) who have lived all around the world with them for the military.
