The school agrees that Kaitlin Roten will need to come into the school prior to photo day to pick an optimal shooting location.

The school agrees that Kaitlin Roten is a natural light photographer meaning that she will need a good outdoor location. A rain option will be discussed and chosen.

The school agrees for Kaitlin Roten to be the only photographer on photo day and for the following 60 days after photo day for professional school portraits.

The school agrees to deliver to each student a photo day brochure prior to photo day OR a digital version of the brochure. Kaitlin Roten will provide the brochures up to two weeks before scheduled photo day.

The school agrees that Kaitlin Roten will need student rosters no later than two weeks prior to photo day.

The school agrees that Kaitlin Roten will provide all equipment on photo day.

The school agrees that Kaitlin Roten may need a parent volunteer on photo day to bring children to have their photos taken.

The school agrees that photos may need up to two weeks for completion. Once completed Kaitlin Roten will send confirmation to the school with instructions how to view photos to the main school contact.

The school agrees to send parents the instructions how to view photos and gallery expiration warnings.

The parents and school will have two weeks to order prints and products.

The prints and products will be delivered to the school, arranged by classroom and then alphabetized to be handed out to the students and parents.

The images are copyright protected. You do not have permission to make copies for sale, or other distribution in any manner that circumvents the sale of these images by the photographer.
